Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Insights and Competitive Intelligence solutions to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain connected data solutions, including automated insights and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including Marketing, Customer, Product Master, Finance, Digital, and Point-of-Sale systems.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights and analytics solutions.
- Develop and support standard business evaluation trackers and dashboards in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and perform first-level data analysis.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through comprehensive validation of datasets, trackers, and dashboards.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with divisions and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with corporate, divisional, hub, and country-level business teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Partner with internal Analytics and IT teams to enhance and standardize reporting and tracking processes.
- Work closely with external data vendors to ensure timely data availability and maintain data integrity.
- Identify and implement analytical approaches, including data transformation, visualization, and insight generation, to address evolving business challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Statistics; MBA preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Insights, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with third-party and syndicated market data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, and Point-of-Sale (POS) data.
- Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles, with the ability to understand business requirements and formulate hypotheses.
- Working knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Proficiency in data transformation and analytics tools such as Python, R, and Snowflake.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Domo, Looker Studio, and Sigma.
- Strong ability to read, analyze, interpret, and visualize data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for business stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in developing or supporting automated insights solutions.
- Experience working on Competitive Intelligence solutions.
- Understanding of business processes and analytics tools within large enterprise environments.
- Willingness to explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
- Strong facilitation, coordination, and project management skills.
- BE, B.Tech, MS, or MSc qualification is preferred.
