Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications to support effective solution delivery.
- Build, maintain, and manage datasets from internal data sources to meet reporting and operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the end-to-end delivery of data and reporting initiatives.
- Communicate project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively identify risks and issues.
- Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on data, systems, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, progress, and key outcomes.
- Participate in release activities and provide timely updates to stakeholders and technology teams.
- Execute core operational processes, including sampling, reporting, and production support, to ensure service reliability.
- Monitor process performance and implement controls for early detection and resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot data, system, and reporting issues, and support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, SAS, or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Tableau, Alteryx, or SSRS.
- Ability to work with large datasets and relational databases.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and professional development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting data or platform migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, or Project for analysis and documentation.
- Knowledge of collaboration and project tracking tools such as SharePoint or Jira.
