Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Management:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Client List management and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable functional specifications.
  • Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with technology teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

Technology Coordination (Informatica):

  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to communicate business requirements, logic, and expected outcomes.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of solutions within Informatica workflows.
  • Provide clarification on business rules, data mappings, and transformation logic throughout the development lifecycle.

Testing & Validation:

  • Execute functional testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), following implementation.
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined business rules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, while coordinating resolution efforts with technology teams.

Business Impact Analysis:

  • Assess the impact of system, process, or rule changes on Client List outputs and regulatory reporting deliverables.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify and explain differences in outputs and reporting results.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet business requirements, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Documentation & Governance:

  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and audit-ready documentation, including business requirements, test cases, and user guides.
  • Document ADO tickets, business rule definitions, data logic, and process workflows.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements through implementation and testing.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a liaison between Business, Technology, and Data teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder discussions and requirement alignment activities with GPO, reporting, and other cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong experience in Performance Management, MI, Business Analysis, or PMO roles.
  • Proven expertise in dashboards, metrics, and performance/benefit tracking.
  • Good understanding of KYC, CDD, and Financial Crime change programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in DataIKU, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong focus on governance, controls, accuracy, and traceability.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, client data management, KYC, or banking domains is preferred.
  • Ability to perform business impact assessments and variance analysis.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Data Visualization, SQL, Tableau, DataIKU, and Python.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or performance management.
