Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding activities by preparing welcome kits, coordinating new hire orientations, and ensuring all Day 1 documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- New Hire Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new hires with laptop setup, Workday task completion, and HR orientation scheduling.
- HRIS & Documentation Management: Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR documentation standards.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of team-building activities, town halls, and internal communications.
- HR Project Support: Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives by providing administrative and operational support as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com, B.A, or MBA (2025 pass-out) candidates are eligible to apply.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude, willingness to take ownership of tasks, and a genuine interest in enhancing the employee experience and workplace culture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive working relationships.
- Open to learning through hands-on mentorship and practical exposure to HR processes and operations.
