Key Responsibilities:
- Complete intensive training on SAP Security architecture, role management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.
- Assist in daily SAP security operations, including user management, password resets, and user ID locking/unlocking activities.
- Support senior team members in provisioning user roles and managing system authorization adjustments.
- Learn to identify access control risks and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices for compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation, conducting system health checks, and compiling data for audit reporting.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational records, and support-related notes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a strong academic background and consistent academic performance.
Required Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
- Technical Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of databases, operating systems, and basic IT security concepts.
- Learning Attitude: High willingness to learn with strong attention to detail and an interest in corporate compliance processes.
- ERP/SAP Knowledge: Basic exposure to ERP or SAP concepts will be considered an added advantage.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling techniques will be preferred.
