Key Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain GenAI and agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Design and develop machine learning systems involving structured and unstructured data, along with complex database interactions.
- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines, APIs, and backend solutions using Python.
- Work on foundational machine learning use cases, including prediction, optimization, and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize and integrate machine learning models into business applications.
- Lead the productionization of machine learning models, including API design and integration, load testing, HPC computing, and latency optimization.
- Ensure compliance with employment agreements, company policies, procedures, and organizational directives, including changes related to work locations, team assignments, work shifts, flexibility policies, and alternative work arrangements in response to evolving business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in developing both classical and modern NLP-based solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and agentic AI architectures.
- Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including Classification, Regression, and Bayesian methods, along with experience in applied machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of databases, including SQL and vector databases/stores.
- Exposure to deployment workflows and production-grade systems.
- Experience working in Spark and Databricks environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with MLOps deployment tools and practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with efficient model inference techniques and platforms such as Ray, ONNX, PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
