Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily customer and vendor creation as well as modification activities for third-party and intra-company requests.
- Process emergency customer/vendor requests in accordance with defined business requirements and procedures.
- Coordinate with requestors to resolve discrepancies and provide necessary support to the team whenever required.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure proper accounting practices and internal controls are followed during all processing activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various quality methodologies and process standards.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to working in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP/OneSRM, and e-sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
