Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the supported business lines and the complete business cycle, including Contract Management, Service Delivery, Billing, Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, SAP Reporting, Cash Application, Operations, and Client Services.
- Act as a Project Manager by driving process formulation, implementation, deployment, and optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support successful process adoption and team development.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes to achieve greater efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and work proactively in a self-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates with a background in Commerce, including BBA, BMS, or B.Com (Passing Year: 2025), are eligible to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or completing PGDM, MBA, or M.Com with specialization in Finance or Accounts (Passing Year: 2025 or 2026) are eligible.
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 operational environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively across different time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretation skills.
