Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Solutions as per Client Specifications:
- Design and develop engineering solutions in alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
- Utilize software tools such as CAD and CAE to create accurate models based on project plans and customer needs.
- Test prototypes and designs within software environments, ensuring all boundary conditions such as impact and stress analysis are validated.
- Develop detailed specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating components into fully functional systems.
- Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and corresponding CAD models.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements to identify potential risks.
- Deliver optimized solutions by conducting simulations in virtual environments.
- Ensure software tools are updated with the latest features to maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Enhance applications and solutions by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing recommended changes.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures while modeling solutions as per client requirements.
Provide Customer Support and Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve defects reported by clients or integration teams by managing and closing support tickets.
- Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance with minimal latency.
- Deploy solutions and gather user feedback to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and applicable industry standards.
Ensure Reporting and Documentation for Clients:
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports as per client requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including records of design changes and recommendations.
- Track and maintain timesheets in accordance with client and project guidelines.
- Provide detailed knowledge transfer documentation and maintain project history records.
