Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collects, processes, and analyzes moderately complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and develops automated reporting systems to streamline analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization: Designs and delivers detailed reports and dashboards, creating clear and effective data visualizations.
- Statistical Analysis: Performs statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using appropriate tools and programming languages.
- Process Improvement: Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes using standard methodologies.
- Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams, including digital technology and data engineering, to support data needs and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Conducts in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Quality Assurance & Data Validation: Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and security through validation and quality checks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced BI Development:
- Demonstrates expertise in Power BI, including advanced use of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations and measures.
- Designs and develops interactive dashboards while optimizing performance for large datasets.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Possesses strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas, along with core data architecture principles.
- SQL Proficiency: Applies advanced SQL skills to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Application Support: Supports and maintains existing business applications, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, solve problems, and deliver actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicates effectively with stakeholders, including traders, supply chain managers, IT teams, and leadership, to align on requirements and outcomes.
