Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Solutions as per Client Specifications:
- Design and develop solutions in alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
- Utilize engineering software such as CAD and CAE tools to create accurate models based on project plans and customer needs.
- Test prototypes and designs within software environments, validating boundary conditions such as impact and stress analysis.
- Define system specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating components into fully functional systems.
- Develop prototypes based on engineering drawings and prepare detailed CAD models.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Generate optimized solutions by conducting simulations in virtual environments.
- Ensure software and tools are updated with the latest features to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Continuously enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, recommending solutions, and implementing system upgrades.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures while designing and modeling solutions as per client requirements.
Provide Customer Support and Problem Solving:
- Resolve defects and issues raised by clients or integration teams by addressing support tickets effectively.
- Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance with minimal latency.
- Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and relevant industry standards.
Ensure Reporting and Documentation for the Client:
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports in accordance with client requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including records of design changes, recommendations, and updates.
- Track and manage timesheets accurately for project activities.
- Provide detailed written knowledge transfer documentation and maintain project history records.
