Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Managers and Senior Management by performing detailed analysis to enable effective planning and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze internal business metrics, including client revenue, returns, backlog management, client engagement, exposure, and risk capital, along with conducting wallet analysis.
- Assist in executing franchise initiatives and contribute to the preparation of internal strategy presentations.
- Coordinate with CIS and Toolbox teams to manage client coverage updates and attribute changes.
- Support the day-to-day operations of franchise units by conducting research and analysis to drive informed business decisions.
- Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of management activities, including franchise reviews, client planning, and project-specific initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with bankers, Business Managers, and product partners regarding business metrics such as client prioritization, coverage, revenue, returns, and pipeline.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on franchise performance for senior management, focusing on revenue trends, backlog analysis, and client calling intensity.
- Conduct budgeting analysis by client and product, along with reviewing target market performance.
- Perform revenue analysis, including investigating discrepancies or missing revenue bookings, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate recording.
- Analyze wallet data to track wallet ranking and market share, and resolve discrepancies between external data and internal systems.
- Generate and analyze reports on key performance metrics such as Revenue, Wallet, OSUC (Outstanding and Unused Commitment), GAAP Assets, RORC (Return on Risk Capital), RWA (Risk Weighted Assets), and ROTCE.
- Enhance routine deliverables by adding value through independent analysis and insightful commentary.
- Support and mentor junior team members by fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Assist senior team members in planning and executing complex projects and key team initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel functionalities.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
- Exhibit an inquisitive and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Apply excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team player, contributing to shared goals.
- Perform effectively under pressure and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Handle and manage confidential data with integrity and discretion.
- Maintain a good understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Have working knowledge or expertise in Tableau, VBA Macros, and SQL, which is considered an added advantage.
