Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of advanced Generative AI and cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Conduct research and develop prototypes using cutting-edge AI technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and AI-driven applications by adhering to modern development best practices.
- Deploy and manage applications in enterprise production environments across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and proactively introduce innovative ideas and improvements to the team.
- Provide ongoing production support and take ownership of resolving critical incidents in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate proven experience working in collaborative development teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Possess strong proficiency in backend development using Python or similar programming languages, along with modern frameworks.
- Have hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and experience deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Have practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, including building and deploying applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication abilities.
- Have experience working in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vectorization techniques, and vector databases.
- Understanding of the AI/ML model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles and basic prompt engineering techniques.
