Key Responsibilities:
- Generate standard market and financial reports on a periodic basis, while identifying and resolving issues that impact reporting accuracy and quality.
- Handle complex ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proactively participate in revenue planning and overall financial planning processes.
- Establish and ensure effective review mechanisms are in place across respective teams.
- Develop new reports and enhance existing ones by driving automation in report preparation wherever possible.
- Mentor, guide, and train junior analysts and new recruits to support their professional development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in financial reporting and related accounting processes.
- Hold a B.Com, BBM (with Finance and Accounts as core subjects), or M.Com degree.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Have a solid understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Exhibit good communication skills.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrate strong statistical, data-driven thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a sound understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Understand financial reporting objectives and basic process workflows.
- Show the ability to analyze numerical data and derive meaningful insights.
- Display strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Have exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
