Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze requirements from business, planning, and regulatory teams to support network initiatives.
- Design and plan network architecture across all business units in alignment with organizational needs.
- Perform operational planning activities for the assigned function to ensure smooth execution.
- Execute network capacity planning to meet customer demand and maintain a congestion-free network environment.
- Support vendor evaluation and validation processes to ensure selection of appropriate solutions and partners.
- Develop detailed engineering designs for LTE, FTTH, and enterprise network infrastructures.
- Prepare node-level engineering documentation and develop monthly operating plans for planned event execution.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures to achieve defined objectives and maintain quality standards.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge by participating in technical seminars and webinars.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in any discipline; Cisco CCNA certification is preferred.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
