Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, production-grade software components and services for the product platform.
- Work across the full technology stack, including front-end, back-end, APIs, data, and integration layers, to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Architects to translate product requirements and wireframes into scalable technical designs.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices while ensuring adherence to strong API design principles and efficient data flow.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Build robust back-end services and data models using programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Ruby, along with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Apply secure coding practices, database security standards, and performance optimization techniques to ensure system reliability and protection.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines to support high development velocity and reliable deployments.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure product quality, stability, and reliability.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams by actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform root cause analysis and debugging, taking ownership of issues from identification through resolution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, contributing to technical strategy and product innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Possess proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and at least one back-end technology such as Java or Python.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.
- Have solid experience in designing RESTful APIs, working with microservices architecture, and performing database programming using SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrate experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes, and version control systems like Git.
- Possess familiarity with testing frameworks, automated test coverage practices, and code quality tools.
- Have working knowledge of Agile product development methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance engineering excellence with a pragmatic product focus, delivering incremental value in each development iteration.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience working with cloud-native architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
- Possess exposure to DevOps practices, observability concepts, and system monitoring tools.
- Demonstrate an understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and performance optimization for large-scale applications.
- Have prior experience contributing to core product engineering teams, particularly in SaaS or platform-based products.
