Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
- Build high-quality, production-ready features that deliver meaningful business value and enhance user experience.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to meet evolving technical and business requirements at BrowserStack.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and project teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to system design and implementation.
- Utilize, understand, and integrate open-source code, libraries, and tools effectively within development projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent degree with 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Possess hands-on experience with at least one back-end programming language; experience with Ruby on Rails will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Have practical experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
- Be proficient in at least one JavaScript framework such as Angular or React.
- Show solid working knowledge of one or more programming languages including Ruby, Node.js, Python, or JavaScript.
- Be familiar with Agile development methodologies and demonstrate a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Have prior experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
- Possess hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of client-side development concepts and best practices.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to rapidly iterate and enhance product or platform features.
- Apply strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems aggressively and develop creative solutions.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with global business and technical teams, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Display a startup mindset with a high willingness to learn, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience as a UI Developer will be considered an added advantage.
- Prior experience working in startup environments will be a significant plus.
