Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive interview experience.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate complex interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Employer Branding: Assist in creating and publishing content for the company’s LinkedIn page and careers website to showcase the workplace culture and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
