Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in triaging third-party service requests and assessing inherent risk ratings using the TPSR scoring model.
- Support security due diligence activities by reviewing third-party vendor documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update records related to security assessments, risk treatment plans, and overall compliance status.
- Collaborate with Vendor Relationship Owners (VROs) to track security risk assessments, remediation activities, and closure of identified issues.
- Participate in periodic reassessments and monitor material changes related to third-party services and associated risks.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for Global Security management to provide visibility into third-party risk metrics and trends.
- Stay current with security, privacy, and business continuity requirements applicable to third-party engagements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to third-party risk management.
