Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Actively participate in Agile sprint ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines while adhering to quality and process standards.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement by engaging in training programs, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentorship activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts with a strong interest in software development.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply it effectively.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
