Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a feature team to design and engineer software, scripts, and tools, while collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
- Develop complex, business-critical software solutions rapidly, ensuring high quality and measurable business value.
- Contribute as part of long-term teams responsible for the complete software lifecycle, including development, enhancement, maintenance, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and optimize software engineering capabilities and practices.
- Design, build, test, and implement robust and scalable software solutions in line with business requirements.
- Participate across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a strong background in software engineering, software design, and system architecture, with a clear understanding of how technical solutions support customer needs.
- Have experience working with development and testing tools, bug tracking systems, and collaborative documentation platforms such as wikis.
- Bring a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in Python and web frameworks including FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
- Demonstrate experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, along with data processing libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
- Exhibit a proven ability to solve highly complex analytical and numerical problems.
- Apply programming best practices with a strong focus on scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, system availability, and performance.
