Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage content updates and publishing for SSGA websites.
- Assist with front-end publishing in AEM and provide front-end troubleshooting support to the Digital team.
- Ensure that best-practice SEO and accessibility guidelines are consistently followed.
- Collaborate with the Digital team on web design concepts and page layouts to maximise page conversion, ensuring all published pages undergo thorough quality assurance.
- Operate within established brand style guidelines and code standards, ensuring strict adherence at all times.
- Help implement and maintain project and issue tracking for all publishing requests.
- Report on page performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are defined at the start of each project and using analytics to drive ongoing improvement and iteration.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to digital marketing regulations.
- Align closely with firm priorities and learn from various business areas and their target client types/personas.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and providing regular project status updates.
- Collaborate within a global team by sharing projects, knowledge, and experience with colleagues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree-level education (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and business marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of the asset management sector and its products.
- Experience supporting web content translation and localisation processes across multiple global websites.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Curiosity, flexibility, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive mindset.
