Eligibility Criteria:
- Participate in a structured training program under the supervision and mentorship of qualified training managers to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Gain hands-on learning experience with the latest applications, processes, and methodologies relevant to your area of work.
- Transition smoothly from an academic setting to a professional work environment through practical exposure and applied learning.
- Develop essential soft skills, understand workplace culture, and learn professional ethics and organizational behavior during the training period.
- Enhance and upgrade your technical and professional skill sets through continuous learning and guided development.
- Complete a one-year training program designed for recent graduates to help them adapt to a professional environment based on organizational requirements.
- Receive a stipend during the training period as part of the apprenticeship program.
- Note that completion of the training program does not guarantee employment as an apprentice.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from the 2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-out batches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in any of the following disciplines:
