Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting and Staffing:
- Analyze historical data to forecast future call volumes and staffing requirements for locked forecasts.
- Develop staffing plans aligned with forecasted demand and business objectives.
- Adjust staffing levels in response to real-time fluctuations in demand.
Scheduling and Allocation:
- Create employee schedules that align with forecasted demand and labor constraints.
- Optimize shift patterns to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Manage employee time-off requests while ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
Performance Monitoring and Coaching:
- Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and performance metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Generate reports on key workforce management KPIs.
- Present insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies regarding scheduling and overtime.
- Monitor employee time and attendance records to prevent violations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using workforce management software.
- Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in working with telephony routing solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
