Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data management and analysis using SSIS, Alteryx, and SQL, including retrieving data from multiple sources, profiling, processing, validating, and migrating data to centralized data platforms.
- Create views, tables, and develop SQL queries to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions, including interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, sourcing data from internal MS SQL Server databases, Tableau published data sources, external sources, and leveraging ETL tools as needed.
- Devise and promote creative data visualizations, reports, tools, and dashboards to provide actionable real-time insights tailored to specific business audiences.
- Validate calculations and results by cross-checking with known figures, existing reports, and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop, execute, and monitor simple to moderately complex data management and analytic processes to support ad hoc data and information delivery for assigned projects.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes and procedures.
- Translate business questions and hypotheses into clear data analysis plans, execute the analysis independently or collaboratively as required, and provide actionable recommendations based on the results.
- Independently develop, execute, and monitor complex data management and analytic processes to ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data-related processes and analyses, offering guidance and expertise to the team and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working in database environments with specialization in SQL Server.
- Experience with ETL technologies such as SSIS and Alteryx.
- Experience in developing Tableau dashboards.
- Proven ability to produce technical design documentation.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data, investigate data issues, draw conclusions, provide resolutions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in building and analyzing reports and dashboards, and summarizing data for business users; able to transform abstract ideas or requirements into independently developed reports and dashboards.
- Business analysis, consulting, advisory, or project/client management experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong SQL skills with expertise in developing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and Big Data technologies is a plus.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels, including senior management.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined, capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad understanding of the corporate real estate business is a plus.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Experienced in BI development using tools such as Tableau and SSRS.
- Skilled in data development with SSIS, Alteryx, and SQL Server (including SQL, stored procedures, views, and SSIS packages).
- Proficient in database design and normalization techniques.
- Experienced in database performance tuning to optimize query and system performance.
- Familiar with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
- Strong expertise in AI application architecture, including the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain for building complex AI agent workflows and applications.
- Proficient in Azure AI integration, including working with Azure OpenAI Service and related Azure AI offerings.
- Experienced in deploying and customizing open source AI models, including large language models (LLMs).
- Skilled in React application development, focusing on frontend development for AI-powered applications.
