Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all models of multi-modality imaging equipment within the assigned area.
- Troubleshoot complex, multi-symptom problems at the system level to ensure effective resolution.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely completion and documentation of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) inspections for assigned accounts.
- Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline, including support functions requiring specialized expertise or technical knowledge.
- Understand how your team’s work contributes to the broader business objectives.
- Resolve issues by following established procedures and consult supervisors or senior team members for matters beyond defined guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, build strong customer relationships, and act as the interface between customers and GE.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A full-time Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialization in EEE or ECE from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university.
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 with a minimum aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA, with no backlogs.
- Strong subject matter knowledge in electronics and electrical engineering.
- Willingness to travel as assigned and attend to client service needs with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
