Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior software engineers to develop software modules and applications using Visual Studio, .NET, and Python technologies.
- Design and execute test cases in Python to validate models and modules.
- Explore bioinformatics applications related to cell painting and contribute ideas to enhance algorithms using Python.
- Work with image processing and cell painting algorithm models, including testing, metric evaluation, and integration with PCA product line instrument software applications and modules.
- Assist senior developers in technical documentation, defect reproduction, defect resolution, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Proficiency Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming with Python and C++, along with experience in the Qt framework for cross-platform development and QML.
- Experience in writing automation test cases using C++, FTP, NUNIT, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of image processing libraries in Python, such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and PyAutoGUI.
- Experience in integrating Python models with C++ and Qt.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English.
- Strong passion for coding and a willingness to build a career in software development.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in working with advanced technologies such as Python, C++, Qt, QML, and image processing models.
- Familiarity with various tools, frameworks, and debugging techniques in C++ technology.
