Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to assess past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights that enhance decision-making in business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Recommend actions for future strategic business opportunities, operational enhancements, and policy improvements.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis as required.
- Translate data into actionable consumer or customer behavioral insights to support targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Communicate key findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously refine processes and strategies by exploring and integrating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, track, and optimize decision-making strategies.
- Assess and mitigate risks in business decisions while upholding the firm’s reputation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Apply sound ethical judgment in business practices and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
