Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling, ensuring a minimum of two-week inventory levels.
- Serve as an expert in Oracle and Digital Cockpit systems.
- Maintain systemic accuracy of inventory records.
- Reschedule materials for pull-ins (expedited orders) and push-outs (inventory control adjustments).
- Investigate and resolve root causes of daily material shortages.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to address packaging requirements, min/max planning, materials replenishment, and root-cause problem-solving.
- Conduct daily floor and receiving dock inspections to identify and resolve material receiving issues.
- Support material transfers and supplier reviews in coordination with the Sourcing team.
- Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out (NPI) processes to minimize obsolete materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in MRP systems, with working knowledge of Oracle and SAP considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
