Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparing client proposals and managing contract renewals.
- Manage vendor interactions, negotiate quotes, and oversee vendor contract renewals.
- Support stakeholders in business forecasting, including expected order values, projected revenue, and target margins.
- Handle long-term business planning, cash flow forecasts, client maintenance contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with international teams and engage with clients and vendors as required.
- Willingness to work in shifts based on business requirements.
- Contribute to automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives as the role evolves.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 0-2 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills:
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Advanced Excel Dashboards: Ability to create and manage complex dashboards for data visualization.
- SQL: Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong email etiquette, communication, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
Preferred skills:
- Python programming for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with system design concepts.
