Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics initiatives to develop strategies beyond card usage, including cross-sell and customer engagement.
- Drive multiple strategic growth priorities for the US SME segment, such as BLOC, BCA, Blueprint, and AP Automation.
- Support and enable GCS product partners by delivering actionable and insightful analytical solutions to aid leadership in evaluating and driving business performance.
- Collaborate with functional leaders, strategic business partners, and senior leadership to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively to engage, influence, and align stakeholders, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Demonstrate strong execution skills by resolving issues, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Drive automation and continuous refinement of analytical frameworks to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Challenge the status quo by applying innovative thinking to generate insights, explore alternatives, and create opportunities for business success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics).
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to apply quantitative methods and business acumen to generate insights and drive results.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization, engaging with business partners, functional owners, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Proficiency in programming is preferred, with experience in Big Data programming considered a plus.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects across teams and geographies.
