Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Global Delivery Services (GDS) policies, perform compliance checks/audits, determine required actions, and provide recommendations based on firm guidance.
- Develop subject matter expertise in independence-related issues.
- Analyze individuals’ financial holdings and relationships to ensure compliance with independence rules for both the individuals and EY.
- Conduct independence checks and perform research on potential new clients to ensure adherence to relevant standards.
- Analyze issues and prepare detailed deliverables documenting due diligence processes, ensuring all work papers meet review standards and can withstand scrutiny from external regulators.
- Engage with executive-level client team members and GDS personnel to address compliance and independence matters.
- Understand the client’s business requirements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards to deliver process-aligned solutions.
- Participate in project teams, maintaining regular client interactions and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player to promote teamwork and deliver high-quality outputs.

Eligibility Criteria:

- University graduate or postgraduate with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Solid academic background with demonstrated proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
