Key Responsibilities:
Change Management
- Lead and manage complex organizational change initiatives.

- Create and manage global reporting standards for data center MSA status, demonstrating continuous operational governance to clients.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and optimize business processes.
- Utilize process mapping and analysis techniques to streamline operations.
- Implement and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
Technology Integration
- Leverage technology to enhance service delivery outcomes.
- Implement new technologies and systems effectively.
- Act as a bridge between IT and business operations to ensure seamless integration.
- Support the delivery of engineering strategy and governance in real estate.
Leadership and Team Management
- Inspire and motivate teams through strong leadership skills.
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing workforce.
Strategic Thinking
- Align transformation initiatives with organizational objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Create and present executive-level reports to stakeholders.

- Develop a centralized, single-source platform on SharePoint for data input, analytics, and reporting to support team operations and reporting of contracted MSA.
- Build dynamic dashboard tools to summarize and optimize data, streamlining decision-making across the client portfolio.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage client expectations effectively through strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with clients to define and achieve shared goals.
- Negotiate and resolve client-facing challenges with problem-solving expertise.
EHS & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and baseline account compliance requirements across the Asia-Pacific region, providing governance for India as part of BAU activities to reduce risk profiles.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for critical service providers from contracting to service delivery, highlighting risks to management.
- Deliver tactical governance for critical works to ensure vendor compliance with contractual and quality assurance requirements.
Financial Acumen
- Plan and manage budgets to align with organizational financial goals.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate transformation initiatives.
- Oversee project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting.
