Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large volumes of data and define clear strategies for analytical work related to audits.
- Provide leadership to foster an open and inclusive work environment while effectively collaborating with teams of diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Collaborate closely with Onshore Audit and Analytics teams to support data profiling, data transformation, and analytics delivery.
- Facilitate the extraction of data from multiple ERP systems by understanding and meeting data structure requirements.
- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and enhance overall performance.
- Quickly gain expertise in EY’s suite of Helix tools to ensure effective utilization.
- Maintain a strong focus on meeting tight delivery timelines while managing multiple tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree in B.E/B.Tech (any stream except CS and IT for Staff 1), ACCA/CA (fully or partially qualified), or MBA in Finance.
- B.Com or BBM (with finance and accounts as subjects) or M.Com
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are eligible.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation and soft skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as required.
- High standards of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness and capability to deliver under tight timelines based on business needs.
