Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the Oracle Cloud Observability and Management platform as a Site Reliability Engineer.
- Play an active role in the evolution of standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division.
- Define, develop, and debug software for tasks related to the development, design, and troubleshooting of software applications or operating systems.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot key cloud services, platforms, and infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
- Engage in work that is dynamic, non-routine, and challenging, requiring the application of advanced skills in your area of specialization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Computer Science or an equivalent educational background.
- Highly motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partner teams and stakeholders.
Preferred skills:
- Strong scripting skills in Java, Python, Shell, or equivalent.
- Experience in writing automation utilities to streamline workloads is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to participate in technical discussions and communicate effectively.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture, Linux administration, and Oracle databases.
- Clear understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Chef, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Solr, etc.
