Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Create content for various collaterals, PPTs, and reports based on extensive market research and analysis.
- Utilize internal sales tools to create and manage a central repository of information for the practice, keeping it organized and updated.
- Develop a library of training and development materials for team members, ensuring key documents are available and organized in a repository.
- Create a practice-specific SharePoint that serves as the go-to page for anything related to the Process Electrification Practice.
Content Presentation:
- Standardize PPTs, Word, and Excel documents by creating and managing various content presentation templates.
- Create visually attractive PPTs based on industry-standard research and analysis.
- Design flyers, teasers, and promotional materials, serving as the main point of contact for any external-facing content for the team.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Draft preliminary reports, presentations, and memos under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of research findings, data, and market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with team members to keep them updated and ensure information is available to them in a timely manner.
- Engage actively in knowledge-sharing sessions, internal meetings, and skill development workshops.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials, including but not limited to leaflets, flyers, brochures, social media, and webpages.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in market research, communications, or a related field from a reputed university.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated interest or initial exposure to the decarbonization and electrification sector would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is essential.
- Experience in SharePoint is a plus.
- Excellent skills in graphics and content development.
