Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain reports and spreadsheets for historical data and manage email queues.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Report observations to Workforce Management (WFM) to adjust staffing plans/rosters as needed and proactively send alerts on SLA misses, if any.
- Provide insights on existing data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify volume variations by market, process, queue, team, and agent, and proactively alert the respective stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable handling large amounts of data and numbers.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and Access automation.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Background in data science.
