Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive technological assessments to evaluate current systems, capabilities, and potential improvements.
- Develop business cases for proposed technology investments, including benefits, costs, and expected outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify relevant opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for suitable technology solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and gain a clear understanding of business needs.
- Assist in the implementation, integration, and deployment of technology systems.
- Support the evaluation of technology vendor proposals based on business and technical requirements.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and recommendations to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics is required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Business Analysis.
- Strong skills in Business Reporting and Capital Markets.
- Experience with Collaboration Tools and Design Thinking.
- Strong Executive Presence and Storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Business and Insurance.

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from Upgrad.
