Role Responsibilities:
- Observe and assist IBM Consultants in application monitoring activities, including monitoring application processes, analyzing incidents and faults, and performing basic rectification activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in managing low- to medium-complexity production technical support tasks that require an understanding of application functionality and the underlying technologies used for development.
- Monitor application schedules and support production monitoring activities to ensure smooth and reliable application operations.
- Assist in the administration and management of application-related services.
- Perform non-code-related application configuration activities in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Skills:
- Graduate degree in B.Sc. or BCA from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 12 years of schooling followed by 3 years of undergraduate education is required.
- Minimum of 60% marks throughout academics, including Class 10, Class 12, and graduation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take on challenging tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
