Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive client profile reviews to ensure customer accounts are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Review customer information and supporting documentation to ensure adherence to local regulations, internal policies, and organizational standards.
- Update Know Your Customer (KYC) forms and client profiles in accordance with established policies and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with clients to obtain required information and documentation before regulatory or internal due dates.
- Perform KYC activities, including monitoring and tracking KYC records, managing the Appendix approval process, and supporting action plans for expiring or overdue records.
- Ensure the timely completion and maintenance of KYC records to meet regulatory deadlines and compliance standards.
- Assess and mitigate risk while making business decisions by safeguarding the organization’s reputation, clients, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies by applying sound ethical judgment and professional business practices.
- Identify, escalate, manage, and report control issues in a timely and transparent manner to support effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support KYC operations and ensure the accurate and timely completion of compliance-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree, University degree, or equivalent qualification/experience in a relevant discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in banking operations or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in banking operations, preferably in client account opening and pre-requirements processes.
