Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by responding to technical inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance by answering product-related questions and troubleshooting basic issues associated with assigned Oracle products.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Research, replicate, test, and resolve customer-reported technical issues using established troubleshooting methods with minimal supervision.
  • Service Request Management: Follow up with customers on service requests to communicate resolutions, ensure complete issue resolution, and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Bug Reporting and Escalation: Collaborate with senior team members to identify, document, and report product defects, reliability concerns, and maintenance issues while supporting the resolution of recurring technical problems.
  • Technical Documentation: Accurately document service requests, troubleshooting activities, and issue resolutions while utilizing troubleshooting guides and Knowledge Base resources.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Assist in developing and maintaining troubleshooting guides and Knowledge Base articles for resolved technical issues.
  • Product Knowledge Development: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oracle products, customer environments, and the overall product ecosystem to deliver effective technical support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support internal teams and stakeholders by assisting with customer-related technical inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Automation and AI Utilization: Leverage automation tools and AI-assisted technologies to identify root causes, improve troubleshooting efficiency, and enhance technical support processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve support workflows, operational procedures, and best practices based on customer feedback and operational insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual support performance metrics and ensure service delivery objectives are achieved with guidance from senior team members.
  • Translation Support: Provide oral and written translation assistance for technical and non-technical product and service inquiries whenever required.
  • Task Planning and Execution: Complete assigned tasks within established timelines while effectively managing priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to understand project expectations, contribute to shared objectives, and gain a better understanding of customer and business requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Follow established procedures to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues while collecting and analyzing relevant information to resolve common problems.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance technical knowledge and professional skills by participating in training programs and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of technical support operations by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
