Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end background verification processes for candidates and vendors as per client requirements.
- Verify candidate credentials, including identity, education, employment, criminal records, address, and government-issued documents such as Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Conduct thorough document verification to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of submitted records.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships through professional written and verbal communication.
- Achieve business-specific productivity, quality, and performance KPI targets.
- Maintain trackers, master logs, and verification records accurately on a real-time basis.
- Complete client engagement deliverables within defined timelines while adhering to established methodologies and quality standards.
- Adapt quickly to process changes by learning and implementing new procedures effectively.
- Monitor the progress of assigned verification activities and provide timely updates to supervisors on outcomes and potential issues.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders by communicating information clearly and professionally.
- Analyze verification results, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage verification processes and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure, meeting stringent deadlines and client expectations, including extended working hours when required.

- B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, B.A., or B.B.A. in any specialization.
