Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance enterprise AI platforms and developer tools to support scalable AI solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Develop and maintain Large Language Model (LLM) applications, including post-training pipelines for model improvement and fine-tuning.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI models for reliable and scalable inference in enterprise environments.
- Build and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, knowledge systems, and AI infrastructure to enable intelligent applications.
- Collaborate closely with domain engineering teams to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Strong academic record, preferably with a CGPA/GPA of 8.5 or above.
- 0–1 year of professional experience, with exceptional fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of backend systems, software engineering principles, and software development best practices.
- Passion for learning emerging AI technologies and building innovative, high-impact software solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java (preferred), C++, or similar languages.
- Backend Development: Experience in backend development, including REST APIs, FastAPI or Flask, microservices, distributed systems, and software design principles.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, data modeling, and vector databases.
- Data Engineering: Understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines, data processing, and data management fundamentals.
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals, including Deep Learning concepts and practical experience with Generative AI.
- Large Language Models (LLMs): Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, context engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, embeddings, and model orchestration frameworks.
- Cloud & DevOps (Preferred): Preferred experience with cloud and DevOps technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Software Engineering: Strong software engineering skills, including debugging, system design fundamentals, software testing, and version control using Git.
