Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide conceptual support for designing Transaction Monitoring (TM) scenarios for credit and charge cards.
- Perform data analysis using Excel Pivot Tables, SQL queries, and statistical techniques, including Python-based EDA.
- Maintain process documentation and support regulatory reporting through accurate record-keeping.
- Document analysis findings and rule configurations for relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing TM rules and recommend optimizations.
- Review outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with intended design requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institute.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL/HQL, and statistical programming using Python.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent critical thinking ability and attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing competing priorities.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and techniques with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of AML investigations and/or the payments industry is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Credit Risk and Fraud Risk is highly preferred.
