Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements across planning, logistics, and manufacturing functions using Supply Chain domain expertise.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics, reporting, and digital solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 4–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to deliver business solutions.
- Have strong expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
