Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to develop knowledge of IT technologies, systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to gain practical experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, and project delivery.
- Assist in the enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Work with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives, contributing technical support to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze technical challenges and collaborate with experienced engineers to develop effective and innovative solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends and technologies to support the adoption of modern IT solutions.
- Adhere to IT best practices, quality assurance standards, and security protocols to ensure system reliability and data security.
- Support compliance efforts by following applicable industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Document technical processes, procedures, configurations, and project activities, and prepare reports as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and a strong desire to build a career in the IT industry.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate successfully in team environments.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Academic performance with a CGPA of 8.0 or above.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as .NET, Java, or Python.
