Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong strategic partnerships with sellers by establishing effective communication channels across all levels of their organization, including operational teams and executive leadership.
  • Seller Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for sellers within the organization by representing their needs, driving the resolution of complex issues, and ensuring alignment across internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Merchandising.
  • Expectation Management: Establish and communicate clear performance expectations, growth strategies, and regular status updates to ensure transparency and alignment with shared business objectives.
  • Account Planning: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive account plans that identify, prioritize, and execute key business growth opportunities for both sellers and the assigned category.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing initiatives such as new product launches, catalog expansion, adoption of promotional programs, and expansion into international marketplaces.
  • Initiative Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects and business improvement initiatives, including the successful implementation of new services, features, and partnership expansion opportunities in collaboration with Business Development, Product Management, and Onboarding teams.
  • Performance Consulting: Provide strategic consulting to sellers on operational performance improvements, focusing on areas that directly influence customer experience, including inventory management, shipping efficiency, customer service performance, and product content quality.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify recurring operational issues within seller processes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable corrective actions that enhance customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of seller performance metrics, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver executive-level reports that provide insights into business performance, progress against targets, key risks, and future growth opportunities.
  • Actionable Insights: Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear recommendations, strategic insights, and executable action plans for sellers and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively manage, analyze, and interpret business data.
  • Experience in analyzing data and applying industry best practices to identify key performance drivers and support business decision-making.
  • Ability to evaluate account performance by analyzing open issues, tracking resolution metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Experience conducting in-depth analyses of selling partner challenges and providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance and business outcomes.
  • Skilled in prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential sellers through outreach and cold-calling activities.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and utilizing seller management tools to track opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales and account management strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with a focus on driving business growth and seller success.
