Key Responsibilities:
- Support business partners by delivering campaign measurement, ROI analysis, and actionable data-driven insights.
- Conduct portfolio analytics to identify market trends, portfolio composition, leading indicators, and future business outlooks.
- Provide analytical solutions to GCS Marketing partners to evaluate performance and drive business improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful monthly reports for marketing leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain marketing tracking dashboards to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze customer behavior and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns and treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global partners to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, define measurable success metrics, and address complex business challenges.
- Drive automation initiatives and continuously enhance analytical models, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Challenge existing processes and contribute innovative insights to uncover new business opportunities and improve outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Possess proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving activities.
- Have experience working with Big Data technologies and Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau, which is preferred.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a matrixed and cross-functional organizational structure.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrate the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse teams and geographic locations.
