Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and implement new systems, as well as enhancements and modifications to existing software, ensuring compliance with design specifications, security standards, and Java best practices.
- Utilize AI tools extensively to improve development efficiency and accelerate execution velocity.
- Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services that align with business requirements and expectations while leveraging the latest tools and technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering zero-defect code and ensure that team deliverables consistently meet or exceed business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and drive continuous improvements in best practices, standards, and development processes.
- Coordinate Continuous Integration (CI) activities, testing automation frameworks, and related DevOps initiatives while actively contributing to core product development.
- Present technical solutions, capabilities, features, and considerations in clear business-oriented language to stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively in a precise, timely, and professional manner.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP is highly preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with 1–2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Open to 2024 and 2025 graduates only.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP is highly preferred.
- Experience in software development using any programming language is preferred.
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and concepts will be considered an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and other build automation tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software development lifecycle practices.
