Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, pricing strategies, inventory planning, and sales optimization for assigned product categories and brands.
- Drive brand growth on the platform through continuous improvements in product selection, catalog management, and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contribute towards achieving category-wise P&L objectives.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with vendors and business partners.
- Collaborate with pricing and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns for product categories.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maximize sales, ensure stock availability, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the Beauty and Personal Care segment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Business Management degree from a reputed B-School.
- 2–4 years of overall professional experience with the ability to independently manage multiple product categories.
- Proven experience in Category Management across e-commerce or offline retail environments.
- Minimum 1–2 years of e-commerce experience with mandatory exposure to the beauty category.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, forecasting, and business performance evaluation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
